Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights from the US?: We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea once per week.
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages with a value of $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
I need help purchasing something online: We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to you.
What is the customs percentage for electronics?: A custom charge of 35% will be added for all electronics valued over $100 USD.
What are your Standard Rates?: Our standard rates start at $500 for the first pound. It increases by $300 for every additional pound.
What are your Express Shipping Rates?: Our Express Rates start at $800 for the first pound. It increases by $750 for each additional pound.
Is there a minimum shipping quantity for China Air Freight?: Yes, there is. The minimum shipping quantity is 5 kg or 12 lbs.
How long does shipping by air from China usually take?: Air shipments from China take approximately 7 - 14 business days, as long as there are no delays.
How long does shipping by sea from China usually take?: Sea shipments take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive from China to Jamaica.
