Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?: We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea once per week
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
I need help purchasing something online: We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to you.
What is the customs percentage for electronics?: A custom charge of 35% will be added for all electronics valued over $100 USD.
What are your Standard Rates?: Our standard rates start at $500 per pound. It increases by $300 for every additional pound.
What are your Express Shipping Rates?: Express Shipping is $750 per pound.
